Astronomycast (can be found via google or itunes) did three casts about a similar topic. They discussed the shape, size and where the center of the universe is. I'm also glad to see that there are bloggers out there with an appreciation of astronomy! Keep it up!
the earth is huge, but almost everything else in the universie is bigger.. yet still most of us consider ourselves as the biggest and the center of the universe. yay!
